No dealers in this family! By electing to market, sell, and distribute our grills ourselves we’re able to offer our REC TEC family members unmatched value of 30%+ in savings that you wouldn't get if you bought our grills in big box stores. We don’t ever put our grills on sale. We have a commitment to offering our grills at a fair price every day and treating everyone like family. It wouldn’t be right for some members to pay more than others, and this way no one misses out on a “deal” on the price of the grill, and every day is the best day to buy. (Periodically throughout the year we offer discounts on some bundles that can be purchased with a grill, or on certain accessories as we see fit. The REC TEC Grills warranty is non-transferable.

Typically, we ship grill orders within 2-3 business days. Once your order leaves our warehouse you will be notified via email with a tracking number. (Note: LTL freight shipments are never delivered to a residential address without an appointment being scheduled via telephone conversation with the trucking company--the trucking company will call you to arrange this appointment window).

Ground shipment: Anytime an order is shipped that weighs less than 200 pounds, it will ship ground. It is not mandatory that someone is present upon delivery. A tracking number will be provided so a customer can track their package.

Freight shipment aka LTL: Anytime an item or order is shipped that weighs more than 200 pounds, it will be shipped via freight carrier. You, the customer, will then be contacted by the freight company to arrange delivery. Someone must be present to accept delivery.
