Description

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole hog
  • REC TEC Grills Rossarooski's Honey Rib Rub 
Instructions:
 
  1. Set REC TEC Beast, BFG, or Chuckwagon to 225°F.
  2. Place whole hog inside on its back.
  3. Season liberally with Honey Rib Rub.
  4. Cook until an internal temperature of 196°F (about 16-18 hours).

    Used this recipe to smoke a pig with my boys and it was finger-licking delicious
