  • 6lb. pork loin
  • 3 tbsp REC TEC Grills Ben's Heffer Dust
  1. Pre-heat REC TEC grill to 325‚Ñâ.
  2. Season pork loin with Ben's Heffer Dust.
  3. Cook for 70-80 minutes until the internal temp. reaches 145‚Ñâ.
  4. Allow the meat to rest for 30 minutes before slicing.

    This was so simple to do. My pork is usually dry so I decided to give this recipe a shot, it was so worth it.
    The title has it exactly, it’s so simple, put the rub on and put it on the smoker. That’s it! It took about two hours to cook and then let’s it rest and boom! If you’re not a pork fan this is for you! It came out awesome!

    This was my first cook on my RT700, I couldn’t find anything else in the freezer so I thought why not. I couldn’t be happier, it came out super juicy and the rub was awesome. I am loving this grill. I also warmed up some corn and mashed potatoes in the smoke box, so good. Thanks for the help.

    The title says it all. It really is a simple dish. Easy to make, easy to eat, and overall delicious. Can't wait to make again!
