Reverse Seared London Broil

Ingredients:

  • 3lb. London broil
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp garlic, chopped
  • 2 tbsp REC TEC Grills Ben's Heffer Dust

Instructions:

  • Preheat grill to 225℉.
  • Season London broil with olive oil, vinegar, and Ben's Heffer Dust, and marinate for 6-24 hours.
  • Cook at 225℉ until an internal of 125℉.
  • Remove from the grill and increase temp. to full with a sear kit.
  • Sear steak on all sides until an internal of 135℉. 
  • Let rest and slice thinly across the grain.
