Polish Sausage Dip

  • 8 oz polish sausage - cubed
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 4 oz sour cream
  • 4 oz mayonnaise 
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup green onion - sliced
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese - grated
  1. Smoked the cubed sausage at 325°F for 20-25 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and Worcestershire sauce - mix well.
  3. Add the sausage.
  4. Oil a baking dish, add the sausage mixture.
  5. Top with the parmesan cheese and green onions.


Note: To take this dip to another level, add a can of well drain sauerkraut to the bottom of the dip!
