Jalapeno Pork Poppers
- 12 fresh jalapeños
- 8oz cream cheese
- 1lb. pork sausage
- 1lb. thin cut bacon
- Pre-heat the REC TEC grill to 275ºF.
- Core jalapeños and cut in half lengthwise, then set aside.
- Brown sausage and let cool.
- Mix sausage with cream cheese.
- Stuff mixture into jalapeño.
- Wrap bacon around jalapeño and secure with a toothpick.
- Grill for 1.5 hours.
The cooking temp. and time depends on how you like your bacon.
