  • 4 thick cut pork chops
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp REC TEC Grills Kickin' Espresso Joe Rub
  1. Pre-heat REC TEC to full with a sear kit.
  2. Rub outside of pork chop with olive oil. .
  3. Rub outside of pork chop with Ron's Kickin' Espresso Joe Rub to taste.
  4. Sear pork chops 6 minutes per side or until an internal temp of 140‚Ñâ.
  5. Allow the chops to rest 8-10 minutes prior to serving.

    Great recipe and easy to make. The only thing I changed was to use Worcestershire sauce instead of olive oil. The picture in the upper left shows the chops cooking on the ribbed side of the sear plate, but they should be cooked on the sear side.

    These pork chops were hot and fast, and I do mean fast. These were so easy to make... Add a little olive oil, a little seasoning, and they're good to go. That Ron's Espresso Rub really surprised me. I think it really took these chops to the next level.
