Grilled Pork Chops
- 4 thick cut pork chops
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp REC TEC Grills Ron's Screamin' Pig Rub
- Pre-heat REC TEC to full with a sear kit.
- Rub outside of pork chop with olive oil. .
- Rub outside of pork chop with Ron's Screamin' Pig Rub to taste.
- Sear pork chops 6 minutes per side or until an internal temp of 140℉.
- Allow the chops to rest 8-10 minutes prior to serving.
