  • 1lb. saltine crackers
  • 1lb. butter
  • 3 cups brown sugar, packed 
  • 40oz white chocolate, melted
  • Holiday sprinkles
  • Red and green decorating gel
  1. Pre-heat the REC TEC Grill to 325°F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  3. Place the saltine crackers in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  4. Bring the butter and brown sugar to a boil and allow to simmer for 4 minutes.
  5. Drizzle the butter and brown sugar mixture over the crackers to completely cover them in a thin layer.
  6. Cook the cracker mixture on the REC TEC for 15-18 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool at room temp. for 30 minutes.
  8. Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the crackers, then garnish with the sprinkles and colored gel.
  9. Allow to rest at room temperature for 1-2 hours, then break into smaller pieces.

    This stuff is the best! I saw this on a story recently and decided to give it a try... Happy to say I'll be making this a Christmas staple here at the house. The husband has the dinner, and now I'm queen of REC TEC dessert!
