  • Flavourful and fun

Lots of fun to prepare as a family and WOW so delicious. IMHO I believe the recipe could be simplified (all the different garlics for example). Also, and quite important, is the missing measurement for the kosher salt...all it says is 1/2. Half what? Can anyone answer that?

If you can afford to get all turn ingredients, I highly recommend you do so. These are competition ribs. Take time and effort, but WOW!

I've made this twice and love it. However for the spritz you say "apple cider". Do you mean apple cider vinegar?

  • Excellent Recipe

I made this recipe a few weeks ago and the ribs turned out fantastic. The bones fell right out of the meat. I am making them again right now, and the only thing I changed was to leave out the cayenne pepper. I like a little bite to my ribs, but the kids do not, so hopefully this recipe sans cayenne will be the right compromise.
