Impressive Customer Service.......again

The auger motor on my RecTec expired. With one email, a replacement was on the way, free of charge, and I'm back up smoking again with less than a week of down-time. I continue to love my decision to choose a RecTec over competitors' pellet smokers. The only "glitch" with this order was that the motor did not come with installation instructions, but I figured it out.
Replacement Auger Motor
Received new motor serveral days after diagnosing that a gear in the motor gear box had stripped. RecTec was great working to diagnose it. New moter went in great and resolved the issue. Thanks RecTec!

With out a doubt, Rec Tec has absolutely the best customer service around! Had a bad auger motor, and within 3 days had a replacement. Thanks to Trey and the rest of the staff for outstanding performance!!!

I had the auger motor in my Rec Tec grill break due to moisture getting into the wood chip bin and creating a total blockage in the auger mechanism. Ben Lesshafft knew the cause of the problem and without hesitating had a new auger motor sent only 3 days before Thanksgiving. It arrived the day before and I installed it without issue. <br>Ben saved our Thanksgiving dinner. The Turkey & Pork Loin we great!!
Customer service was polite and fast shipping. Install was easy except for the small bolt that connects the motor to the auger shaft.
